COVID-19 Latest information - updated 7th July 2020

NHS Track & Trace + Temperature recording

Anyone visiting the Shooting Grounds for lessons, sporting or purchasing a shotgun or air rifle must fill out a Track & Trace form. This will only be used should the NHS contact us & request the information, and will be destroyed after 21 days.

We will also take your temperature & record this on your track and trace form. Your temperature must be below 37.2 degrees - anything higher and we will kindly ask you to re-arrange a visit another day.

The Shop is FULLY OPEN, with just a few practical restrictions. We’ll be operating a one-way system through the shop – enter by the main front door, and exit through the side door – and we’ll be limiting the number of people in the shop at a time to ensure safe social distancing. So please be patient and follow the advice of staff, particularly at busy times. We’d also like to encourage everyone to wear a face covering within the shop if you’re able to do so, for the protection of our staff and other customers.

The Cafe will be opening from Saturday 11th July from 9am - 2pm.
Please ensure you follow social distancing guidelines within the cafe, and do not move any of the furniture.
We will not currently be opening the Cafe on Fridays.

SOCIAL DISTANCING - etiquette whilst visiting

  • If you or anyone in your household is showing symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attend the shop or grounds.
  • We will take your temperature & record this on your Track & Trace form.
  • We recommend that you wear a face covering whilst shooting and whilst in the shop, if you`re able to do so, to help protect our staff and other customers.
  • Follow the advice of all staff throughout your visit – you may be asked to leave the site if you do not, or if you put yourself or others at risk during your visit.
  • Please use the hand sanitiser provided on entry to the shop.
  • Only one person in a stand at a time, please wait for the other shooter to come out before you enter the stand - ensure you keep appropriate safe distancing from all other shooters and staff at all times.
  • Please remember we do not permit the use of mobile phones on the shooting grounds.

We hope you`ll be as keen to get shooting again as we are, and will come and visit us - we`d love to see you, and can`t wait to see you all here!
