The Schools Challenge Young Shots Offer
If your bored in the summer holidays then why not come on one of our Young Shots Day Courses?
This day is aimed at young shots from novices to experienced shots wishing to improve. This day will start at about 9:30am with a brief introduction in the shop you will then shoot through the morning with a break for refreshments, lunch will be at approximately 1pm with an educational video which will be followed by an afternoon of more challenging targets. Throughout the course we will work on improving your gun mounting, basic technique and different ways to hit those targets that get away!!! The day will then end at 4:30pm All welcome open to ages 12 to 21 Dates available are 3rd, 17th & 24th August

If you can't commit to a whole day then why not have a couple of 1 to 1 lessons and brush up your technique?

Due to company growth we have a vacancy in our busy country clothing shop.
We are looking for someone who has a rural background to work along side a family in their ever expanding business.
You must be fun, enthusiastic, flexible, have the ability to communicate with all types of customers and be able to work as part of a team or alone.
The position will initially be on a part time basis working 2 – 3 days during the week and Saturdays with scope to work a full day week.
Your job will entail serving customers, answering phone calls, keeping the shop clean and tidy, stock rotation, ordering and presentation as well as being involved in the buying of the garments.

Browning Owners Club re-launch - 21st Apr 2010
Following the re-launch of the famous Browning Owners Club (BOC), we invite you to the inaugural BOC Invitation Day on Wednesday 21st April 2010 at The Oxford Gun Company Shooting School.
This will be a 70 bird sporting costing £60 per entry. Prices include a bacon sandwich and coffee on arrival, 75 Stealth cartridges (these must be used), chilli & baguette for lunch, followed by a hog-roast at the end of the day after the prize giving.
Side events will include Browning Rabbit Mania with Winchester cartridges as prizes, and be the first to try the new Browning shotgun range at the Browning testing stand (ammunition provided). Browning will donate a prize gun B525 Sporter to one lucky owner!
Entries are limited to first 180 places – Be quick!
